DJI offers a 14-calendar-day return policy for any product purchased directly from our official store, provided the item is in new or like-new condition with all original packaging and accessories. We are committed to ensuring your drone, gimbal, or camera equipment meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

Return Process

    Submit a Return Request

    Log in to your DJI account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to initiate an Online Service Request for a refund or replacement.

    Receive Authorization

    Once your request is reviewed, our support team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely pack your DJI product in its original box with all manuals, cables, and components, then drop it off at the designated courier location.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    After our technical team inspects the item to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
